Just a couple photoshop tricks

Tweet I have so many, as I use them, I'll remember to come here and jot them down for you. The one I use the most is double-click anywhere outside your page (in your working space) and it will open the "open" window. You don't have to click file and then open. This saves so much time ! The other one is adding the same fx (effects) to another layer (CS4) is hold down the alt key, click on the "effects" layer (under your main layer)(a big fx will start to move with you as you drag) and drag it to the layer you want the fx, it's magic. It's important that you know this as well, if you click on the main layer instead of the effects it will duplicate what you are dragging. If you hold down the shift or ctrl key as you are dragging the fx symbol, you have effectively moved the effects from the original to the one you land on. Also don't forget the most important one of all....hold down shift as you are dragging your paper to your LO, it will center it perfectly. This one works in all PS versions. I LOVE SHORTCUTS ! more to come...

Just Scrappin

Tweet I decided to do a little organizing of files in my computer, I'm usually not a distractable person, however when it comes to scrapbooking, I lose time and sense of what I'm suppose to be doing. Anyway, long story short, I ended up making a new piece of paper, adding some elements from Got Blues and then decided on the wordart from Expressions. The end result was soft and subtle, or I think so. New day, back to organizing....have a great day!

Tweet Well, here I am, I have a few new LO's and some news...pixels are done and ready for sale, actually they have been for about a week now. I hate that it has taken this long, I'm a little concerned about one thing, my wordart. I've had it made for a couple of weeks and I did my rounds of the blogs I peruse and it seems TaylorMade had the same idea. I absolutely hate this, so Amanda I am truly sorry, I would never take your ideas for my own. I just looked through some LO's and some photos of Bailey and all those things I said are things I felt or saw in him. So again, I'm sorry. Now on to other matters....my things will be for sale tomorrow, so check back and I will have a post....+ freebies ! Here are three new LO's from my kits and another one that coordinates with a kit I'm currently working on called Somnium (dream). Again, remember freebies tomorrow !!!
